Carelia's chief of cuisine, Mr. Sami Tallberg, presents you a
brassiere-style menu that is made of native raw material found nearby.
Freshness is the cornerstone of our menu which changes with the seasons. Our
kitchen team is constantly looking for new and interesting raw material.
This guarantees an ever-evolving menu.
Carelia is known for tasty and lavish dishes. Some of our dishes have become
classics that are always available; steak tartar, blue oysters
(depending on availability), entrecôte and
Roquefort salad. We bake our own bread and you can buy more of it to take
away.
